A leading company in currency solutions is seeking an Engineering Technician for a fixed-term contract. This role involves ensuring optimal production through maintenance and problem-solving skills. Engineering Technician - Manufacturing. 18 month fixed term contract
Shift pattern: From 1st April to 30 June , you will be working Tuesday to Thursday, 6am – 6pm. From 1st July , we will move to a Double Day shift pattern – Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm or 2pm 10pm (alternated weekly).
We also have a permanent night shift available – Monday to Friday – 10pm – 6am.
Starting salary: £44, per annum, rising to £45, on successful completion of 3-month probation. Moving to £53, when working Double Day shift. Plus highly competitive overtime payments.
Night shift salary: £55, rising to £56, on successful completion of 3-month probation.

We are looking for an Engineering Technician to join our Engineering Team within our Currency division.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment with experience in performing maintenance works minimizing downtime, and ensuring optimum production performance in order to guarantee that the needs of our customers are met. You will need to be a time served apprentice Engineer, that is multi skilled with either an electrical or mechanical bias.
