Electrically Biased Engineer - Food/FMCG

Milton Keynes | c. £50,000 + Excellent Package (Pension, Holidays, Life Assurance)

Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri Earlies & Lates | No Weekends or Nights

About the Role

We are working with a progressive, well-invested food manufacturer in Milton Keynes that is experiencing rapid growth and continuous improvement across its operations. They are seeking an electrically biased engineer to enhance site performance and reliability.

This role offers a balanced mix of hands-on engineering and continuous improvement work, operating Monday to Friday with earlies and lates shifts.

Candidate Requirements

1. Electrical bias with experience in food/FMCG sectors
2. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
3. Experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement is highly desirable
4. Energetic and proactive attitude
