Britvic is seeking a Shift Engineer to deliver world-class engineering excellence across mechanical and electrical maintenance, fault resolution and continuous improvement at our UK operations. The role focuses on maintaining manufacturing equipment, building services and utilities to support site performance.
Working 42 hours per week on a 4 on/4 off rotating days and nights pattern, you will drive proactive maintenance, use permit-to-work and risk assessments, and collaborate with operations
Working Hours: 42 hours per week, 4 on 4 off rotating days and night shifts (6 am - 6 pm, 6 pm - 6 am).

As a Shift Engineer you will be responsible for delivering world class engineering technical excellence in fault resolution, maintenance standards which promotes the delivery of site scorecard measures. Continuous Improvement & best practice delivery of mechanical & electrical standards will be key, as will maintenance of manufacturing equipment, building infrastructure, building services & utilities provision using co-ordinated corrective, preventative & predictive maintenance techniques. Through this you will minimise Equipment Failure Downtime and catastrophic failure impact to site manufacturing capability.
