Engineering Technician – Drinks Industry

Shift Pattern: Rotational 3 on / 3 off, days and nights (07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00)

We are looking for an Engineering Technician to support the performance and efficiency of high-speed production lines within a modern drinks manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in delivering the engineering strategy and ensuring all work complies with safety and legislative standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, and breakdown repairs to minimise downtime.
• Analyse line efficiency, wastage, and downtime data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support safe working practices and maintain high factory hygiene standards.
• Produce accurate reports including downtime logs and line records.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and manuals to identify and order replacement parts.
• Operate machinery when required to support production efficiency.
