A leading road management organization is seeking an Engineering Team Manager to join their Southeast region Operations team. In this role, you will oversee the integration of Major Projects, ensuring effective stakeholder communication and business readiness. The ideal candidate should have experience in highways management and a degree in Engineering. This position is critical for enhancing customer journey safety and reliability.

Here at National Highways, we currently have an opportunity for an Engineering Team Manager to join the Southeast region Operations team. Within this role, you will be managing the integration of Major Projects and Third-party schemes into Operations, ensuring effective liaison between stakeholders and managing timely completion of Operations' inputs and approvals, as well as effective planning of business readiness activities within Operations.
This role is based at either our Guildford, Basingstoke or Maidstone office.
Please note that you will be required to drive as part of your role, and you will need to have no more than 3 points to be considered for this position and during employment.

External candidates will be offered a starting salary at the lower end of the pay scale, while current employees will be appointed in accordance with our established pay policy.
