We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for an Engineering Team Leader to join our brilliant team in Middlesbrough.

You will take an active part in maintaining, developing, and improving plant machinery and services. This will involve a variety of duties ranging from promptly repairing breakdowns to installing new equipment. PLC and HMI controls are integral to production equipment performing efficiently, and experience working on them is desirable. You will also ensure that health & safety and quality standards are achieved.

Working Hours, Salary & Location:

Shifts: 4 on, 4 off - 12 hour shifts

Salary: £50,000 per annum

Location: Middlesbrough

Main Duties:

• Health & Safety
• Daily duties including installations, fault finding, inspections, servicing
• Planned preventative maintenance
• Maintenance, installation, and repair of electrical/mechanical equipment
• Contribute to existing improvement opportunities
• Participate in training and development activities and assist colleagues' training
• Any other duties within the scope of the role

Personal Specifications:

• A proven track record and strong engineering background (Electrical Bias)
• Good knowledge of fault finding and preventative maintenance
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team
