Job summary

Jonathan Lee Group is recruiting an Engineering Team Leader for our precision engineering client in Alcester. You will support the Manufacturing Manager, drive continuous improvement and help implement Lean manufacturing practices.

You will provide technical support to the wider team and customers, resolve engineering issues and help deliver the site EHS model. Working hours are Mon-Thu 07:30-16:30 and Fri 07:30–12:30, with a salary up to £60,000 depending on experience.

Engineering Team Leader

Alcester

Monday to Thursday – 07:30 to 16:30 & Friday 07:30 – 12:30

Our client is a precision engineering specialist that manufactures custom products to the energy, defence and aerospace industry sectors. They are currently seeking experienced Engineering Team Leader to join their team.

As an Engineering Team Leader, you will be supporting the Manufacturing Manager, drive continuous improvement activities, assist with implementing a Lean manufacturing culture, provide technical support to the wider team and to resolve any technical engineering issues.
