Job summary

Fresha, the AI-powered operating system for beauty and wellness, is seeking an exceptional hands-on Team Lead to join our global engineering team in London. You will own technical vision, drive architecture, coordinate projects and mentor engineers reporting to the Head of Engineering.

Reporting to Head of Engineering and collaborating with Product and Staff Engineer, you will manage delivery, balance technical risks, contribute code, and help scale a major part of Fresha's platform while

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design scalable systems and architectures.
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong coding skills and comfort contributing code when needed.

Responsibilities

• Set clear goals for the engineering team and maintain high technical standards.
• Mentor engineers and lead from the front in design and implementation.
• Coordinate with Product Manager and Staff Engineer on project planning and delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while managing technical risks.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring and training new engineers.
