Job summary

The SJB Group is looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their London team. You will partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to attract and hire top talent across engineering, technology, and consulting, shaping an exceptional candidate experience.

You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong relationships, and actively develop pipelines and market insights to support current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in-house or agency recruitment.
• Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle independently.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence interviewing and evaluating candidates with detailed feedback.
• Proactive talent mapping with long-term pipelines.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Source specialist and leadership talent via headhunting and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Build trusted relationships with managers and candidates throughout the process.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hires.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis for hiring decisions.
• Produce recruitment reports using metrics and tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
