Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Milton Keynes is seeking an Engineering Systems Technician to join a specialist engineering team. You will support engineering systems, product data and continuous‑improvement activities, with training to build knowledge of PLM and engineering change processes.

You will maintain data accuracy, develop clear process documents and collaborate with technical colleagues, with a competitive salary up to £40,000 and a benefits package including leave, health cover and pension.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical background with suitable qualification or apprenticeship.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to follow processes and own tasks while communicating clearly with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering systems, product data and continuous-improvement activities.
• Review, cleanse, classify and validate product information for accuracy and traceability.
• Maintain process documents, user guides and perform system administration and monitoring tasks.
• Coordinate engineering change activities, including audit prep, release checks and data publishing.
• Perform data-quality checks on engineering bills of materials and flag discrepancies.
