Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an Engineering Supervisor (Subsea Equipment) to join a growing industrial provider based near Aberdeen. You will lead a small team, produce 3D CAD models, and perform finite element analysis, contributing to projects from concept to delivery.

This office-based role offers £65,000–£75,000, genuine progression, and a structured training package.

Qualifications

• Previous engineering experience with Subsea equipment.
• Experience leading and developing engineering and workshop personnel.
• Ability to liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and inspection bodies.
• Produce and review 3D CAD models and engineering specifications.
• Office-based role with standard working hours 07:00-15:30.

Responsibilities

• Review client enquiries and decommissioning scopes to determine technical and equipment requirements.
• Lead and support the development of engineering and workshop personnel.
• Liaise directly with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and third-party inspection bodies.
• Produce and review 3D CAD models and engineering specifications.
• Monday - Friday (07:00 - 15:30).

Are you an experienced engineer, from a subsea equipment background, who is looking for an exciting opportunity to join a growing industrial provider that can offer an enhanced holiday package and a chance to make a team your own?

The company are a specialist provider of drilling, well control equipment and pressure control systems. They also offer repair services for all equipment provided. Their reach extends globally with offices in Singapore also.

The successful candidate will be a part of the senior leadership team and on a day-to-day basis, producing 3D CAD models and completing Finite element analysis. This position will be office based.

This role would suit an experienced engineer from an industrial background who is looking to take the next step in their career by joining a company that will allow you to make a team your own.

The Role:
