Our client is a leading food manufacturer who has shown consistent growth since starting up. Due to continued business and expansion, they are looking to add a Team Leader to the night shift overseeing 4 Engineers.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage 4 Engineers across 2 shifts
  • Get involved in CAPEX Projects
  • Conduct Root Cause analysis and continuous improvements across the site
  • Manage and drive team KPIs
  • Manage the PPM Schedule
  • Perform hands-on maintenance & repairs to production machinery

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • A recognised engineering qualification (ideally NVQ level 3 or higher)
  • Experience within an FMCG industry - ideally food
  • Experience leading a team of engineers
  • Be multiskilled with solid mechanical & electrical abilities
