In this role, you will oversee the engineering team's maintenance operations, ensure health and safety compliance, and facilitate continuous improvement in engineering processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background and relevant qualifications, alongside the ability to supervise and motivate staff in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Strong engineering background, ideally within heavy vehicles or plant machinery.
• Recognised apprenticeship, vocational qualification, or relevant degree/diploma in engineering.
• Sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
• Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team.

• Support the Engineering Manager in the daily running of the engineering operation.
• Supervise the engineering team to ensure timely and efficient maintenance.
