Engineering Supervisor – Paddington – £50,000

Location: Paddington

Salary: £50,000

Hours: Days Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM

Our client, with over 40 years of experience, is looking for an Electrical Engineering Supervisor to join their team on a new site in Paddington. Duties include:

• Supervising daily engineering activities in property areas
• Acting as the first contact for engineers and managers
• Managing helpdesk and allocation desk issues
• Ensuring contractual KPIs & SLAs are met
• Conducting site health and safety inspections, vehicle inspections, and logbook audits
• Maintaining statutory compliance of buildings
• Attending or managing critical call-outs and preparing incident reports and quotes for remedial works
• Performing site supervisory visits for quality assurance
• Updating tools and equipment status
• Coordinating site access and service schedules
• Checking PPE compliance and condition
• Providing monthly safety briefings
• Planning on-call rotas
• Auditing subcontractors
• Maintaining client relationships and communication
• Managing staffing during leave periods

Requirements:
