Engineering Supervisor - Brand New Contract | Paddington

Location: Paddington (On-site only) • Salary: £53,000 - £57,000 (DOE) • Hours: Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 17:00 • Extras: Planned weekend work & OT available

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead a brand-new contract in Paddington for a prestigious corporate client. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the mobilization and ongoing maintenance of high-end commercial buildings.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage all planned and reactive maintenance
  • Ensure all work complies with H&S regulations and complete required documentation
  • Maintain plant rooms and ensure cleanliness and efficiency
  • Oversee reactive maintenance in line with contract requirements
  • Manage minor improvements and oversee contractors on-site
  • Attend client meetings and act as the primary on-site contact
  • Lead a team of engineers and subcontractors to maintain a high-end corporate workspace
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules and project work

  • Experienced leader with a strong technical background in M&E maintenance
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage workload proactively and drive team performance
  • Well-presented and professional, with excellent communication skills for a client-facing role
  • Flexible to work occasional weekends as needed
