Salary - £54,394 + pension + 21 shift holidays +OT 1.5 + Other Great Benefits

The Company

Our client is leading provider in the Food Manufacturing industry, they operate multiple sites, their customers include all the well-known UK grocery retailers.

The role

Lead the engineering team to ensure delivery of scheduled work and reactive work so that plant availability is optimised. Implement agreed training & development plans to meet engineering & production needs. Comply with Health & Safety requirement, ensures reports work in a safe manner. This will include ownership of dynamic risk assessment process. Ensure engineering downtime is minimised, accurately logged, and monitor the repair time. Liaise with planning and operations team to allow for PPM to be completed in a timely manner.

To be successful in your application as an Engineering Shift Supervisor you must have the following skills or attributes:

• Must have a recognised Electrical or Mechanical Qualification.
• Must have previous experience working as a Maintenance Supervisor.
