Engineering Supervisor – £57,000 | Oxford Street

Location: Oxford Street (On-site only)

Salary: £57,000

Hours: Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00

Extras: Planned weekend work & OT available

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead a very prestigious commercial complex for a reputable corporate client. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the mobilisation and ongoing maintenance of high-end commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage all planned and reactive maintenance
• Ensure all work complies with H&S regulations and complete required documentation
• Maintain plant rooms and ensure cleanliness and efficiency
• Oversee reactive maintenance in line with contract requirements
• Manage minor improvements and oversee contractors on-site
• Attend client meetings and act as the primary on-site contact
• Lead a team of engineers and subcontractors to maintain a high-end corporate workspace
• Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules and project work
