Your new role

As Engineering Supervisor, you are fully in charge of all engineering operations in the factory (when on shift). You will drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, compliance and regulatory requirements and cost improvements that will add value to the site. You will carefully balance the need to motivate the team with the need to implement management decisions and initiatives. You will be a valuable support 3 Process Engineers in achieve uptime in their respective areas. You will lead a team of skilled engineers and apprentices for the purpose of optimising the day to day and running of all production departments within the business. This is a continental shift based role.
What you'll need to succeed

You will need to hold an engineering qualification and have some experience supervising a team within production maintenance. Experience within the food industry would be desirable but not essential. A willingness to work shifts is also required as this is a shift-based position.
