Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Supervisor to join our team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As an Engineering Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the maintenance and operation of our facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

1. Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians in maintaining and improving building systems and infrastructure.
2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facility equipment and systems.
3. Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of repair and renovation projects.
4. Manage energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
5. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
6. Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related issues and improve overall operations.
7. Develop and manage budgets for maintenance activities and capital projects.
8. Analyze system performance data and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
9. Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair services.
10. Implement and maintain quality control processes for all engineering and maintenance activities.
11. Stay updated on industry trends and innovative technologies to enhance facility operations.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance and management.
3. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
4. In-depth knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
5. Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and implementation.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel.
8. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
9. Experience in energy management and sustainability practices.
10. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in facility management.
11. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia (preferred).
12. Relevant engineering certifications (e.g., Certified Facility Manager) are a plus.
13. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
14. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Additional Information

Experience is an asset.
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
