Engineering Stores Lead Manchester

Full-Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday | 40 Hours/Week

Join Mller, one of the UK's most loved dairy brands, and take the lead in managing our engineering stores at our Manchester site. We're looking for a skilled Stock Controller with experience in engineering or manufacturing environments to ensure our inventory runs smoothly while also driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Lead and optimise engineering stores operations
• Manage inventory, BOMs, and supplier performance
• Own CMMS data accuracy and train new users
• Drive 5S standards and support maintenance planning
• Contribute to cost-saving and reliability initiatives, including price negotiations with suppliers
• Track and report stores performance
• Optimise engineering stock spares holding
• Manage the engineering materials location via the system

What You'll Bring

• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting
• Engineering Stores Stock Controller experience, or similar
• Strong knowledge of CMMS/ERP systems and 5S
• A proactive mindset with a focus on efficiency and improvement
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
