Job summary

Dunphy Combustion Limited in Rochdale is seeking a Store Person to join our Stores team, handling all incoming and outgoing goods at our engineering facility. You will be a key part of maintaining accurate stock, documentation, and timely despatch.

You should be PC literate, a team player with a proactive, flexible and meticulous approach. Previous engineering stores experience is helpful but not essential, and training will be provided for forklift use and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• PC literacy and ability to update paperwork and systems.

• Flexible and dynamic in handling tasks.
• Engineering stores background preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving deliveries with proper paperwork and quality checks.
• Picking and packing goods for despatch with correct paperwork.
• Organising stock within the facility and stock control.
• Storing stock for easy access to regularly used items.
• Using a forklift; training provided if needed.
