Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd in partnership with a leading FMCG manufacturer invites applications for an Engineering Stores Manager at Cross Hands, Wales. The role focuses on owning the engineering stores, controlling stock levels and coordinating purchasing to support site operations.

You will work closely with engineering, maintenance, procurement and production teams to improve stock availability, minimise downtime and drive cost efficiencies while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Job Role of the Engineering Stores Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Engineering Stores Manager to join a leading FMCG manufacturing business based in Cross Hands. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong engineering stores background and proven management experience to take ownership of the stores function within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the engineering stores, managing stock levels, coordinating purchasing activities and ensuring critical engineering spares and components are available to support site operations.

Working closely with the engineering, maintenance, procurement and production teams, you will help improve stock availability, minimise downtime, maintain inventory accuracy and drive cost efficiencies across the site.

• Previous experience working within an engineering stores or industrial stores environment.
• Proven management or supervisory experience.
• Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment.
