Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking an Engineering Stores Manager for a Cross Hands, Wales manufacturing site. The role involves overseeing the engineering stores, managing stock levels and coordinating purchasing to ensure availability of critical spares for site operations.

You will work with engineering, maintenance, procurement and production teams to improve stock availability, reduce downtime and drive cost efficiencies in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Prev. experience in engineering stores or industrial stores.
• Proven management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with stock control, purchasing and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the engineering stores.
• Manage stock levels and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate purchasing activities and supplier management.
• Ensure critical engineering spares and components are available to support site operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, procurement and production teams to improve stock availability and drive cost efficiencies.
