Engineering Stores Coordinator

Shift: Days – Monday to Friday

A fantastic opportunity is now available for a Stores Coordinator to join a leading heavy industrial manufacturing business. This hands-on role involves managing all aspects of site stores including spare parts, consumables, fuels, and chemicals. As the Stores Coordinator, you will play a vital part in ensuring stock levels are maintained accurately using CMMS and that all goods are stored and handled in line with COSHH and Health & Safety standards.This is a key support role for the maintenance and engineering teams – ideal for someone with experience in engineering stores, materials management, or procurement within a manufacturing or heavy industry setting.

Skills required for the Engineering Stores Coordinator:

Experience working in a manufacturing or heavy industry environment

Strong organisational and communication skills

Good working knowledge of CMMS systems

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

Knowledge of COSHH and safe chemical storage

Proactive, solutions-driven and able to work independently

Previous experience in ordering parts, liaising with suppliers, and managing stock
