Job summary

We are recruiting an Engineering Stores Coordinator for a market-leading manufacturing site near Aldridge. The role is Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, 40 hours per week, with a base salary of £38,050 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience of an Engineering Stores System - stock control, computer based, PPM system.
• Computer literate including Microsoft Word, Excel
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, able to work unsupervised
• Proven experience in Engineering Stores Coordination and Inventory control

Responsibilities

• Engineering parts and consumables stores control and stock allocation
• The day-to-day management of the Engineering Stores
• Conduct daily and end-of-month checks of stock levels
• Daily check of PPE and other production-based consumables
• Manage stock levels using CMMS
• Carry out period stock checks of all spares (cycle counts)
• Assist with the planning and organising parts around maintenance shutdown periods.
