Engineering Supervisor
Core Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Reporting To: Contract Delivery Manager
Location: Peterborough, PE1 (Site Based)
Integral UK Ltd is currently seeking a Site-based Supervisor to join our team at our retail client site located in Peterborough, PE1.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of pre-planned and reactive maintenance activities, including statutory property responsibilities and reporting issues identified by client consultants or insurers on the client's CAFM systems.
The Supervisor will work closely with and contribute ideas to the Contract Delivery Manager and deputise for them in their absence.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to all Integral and Client Health and Safety Policies and procedures on site, referring conflicts to the Contract Manager when necessary.
- Support the Helpdesk Administrator in planning PPM labor, scheduling reactive tasks, and ensuring effective completion of maintenance work, either through colleagues or subcontractors.
- Ensure recommendations from servicing are addressed promptly.
- Assist in distributing work to team members based on capability and capacity.
- Follow agreed quality systems, ensuring preventative and remedial actions are taken as per the quality manual.
- Provide technical support to the team.
- Prepare quotations for additional works when required.
- Supervise additional works on site, ensuring full compliance with site requirements.
- Prepare and provide documentation related to CDM works.
- Conduct regular site audits and resolve any exceptions found.
- Ensure best purchasing practices using nominated suppliers.
- Comply with Integral's Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures as outlined in site plans.
- Carry out site PPM works as cover for annual leave or sickness as needed.
- Deputise for the CDM in KPI meetings or similar.
- Attend monthly WIP meetings to understand the financial aspects of the contract as part of career development.
- Perform any other tasks or reasonable requests by the CDM.

- NVQ / C&G Electrical Engineering (preferred) or NVQ / C&G Mechanical Engineering.
