Job summary

Strata Talent Group Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead site installation activities across Midlands and nationwide projects. You will plan resources, supervise installation teams, and ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence.

Role requires a recognised engineering trade qualification and a valid UK driving licence, with 2+ years' site installation experience across industrial/engineering environments. Derby-based role with nationwide site coverage.

Qualifications

Recognised engineering trade qualification is required.
Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee installation activities on designated sites.
Manage labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor resources to achieve project objectives.
Monitor installation progress and provide regular updates, reports, and daily site records.
Act as the primary site liaison between Cullum, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
Support project planning and delivery through collaboration with design, manufacturing, and project management teams.
Supervise, guide, and support site installation personnel.
Foster a positive, productive, and safety-focused working environment.
Manage site personnel welfare, performance, and discipline where required.
Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in site operations.
