We would love your help with:

Over seeing, planning and supporting Team East/South East with the daily tasks of services, maintaining and overhaul, fault find and resolve on a range of material handling products.

Do you take pride in your work? Can you lead the way and help others to achieve our standards, motivate and support your team in delivering independent engineering services with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Develop and oversee team goals and strategies to enhance productivity and service quality. Conduct formal 1-2-1’s in line with business policy. Ensuring that your team respond to breakdowns.

Ensure the timely completion and documentation of all engineering and maintenance activities.

Act as a brand ambassador, upholding our company values of trust, support, and integrity in all interactions. You’re the face of our company we are looking for someone that can build a good rapport & deal promptly with customer downtime helping to keep their business moving!

️ Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

️ Collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements and resolve engineering challenges effectively.

What We're Looking For:

You will have worked with material handling products or hold an engineering position and are looking for the next step to further your career; however, we are open to considering candidates from other backgrounds such as: Automotive, Roadside recovery, Agricultural, REME, Construction Equipment, PSV, HGV, LGV or Plant.

Demonstrable skills in engineering and customer service, with a strong foundation in problem-solving.

Experience in welding techniques is highly desirable.

Exceptional communication abilities and a focus-oriented mindset.

A confident and positive attitude, dedicated to help support and build a trustworthy team environment.

Proven leadership capabilities or readiness to step into a leadership role within the engineering sector.

Committed to personal and team development, inspiring growth and excellence with our company values in mind.

What will help you to excel in this role:

City and Guilds in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering related field. Qualified in related field or similar years’ experience

Diagnostic computer skills. Experience with welding processes and equipment maintenance.

Proficient IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Full UK driving license.
