An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Digital Service of NHS Golden Jubilee University National Hospital. As the Digital Engineering Manager, you will play a key technical role in managing and supporting the Digital Services within the Board, which includes the Golden Jubilee University National Hospital, Research Institute, Innovation Centre, and Conference Hotel.
The post holder will ensure the streamlined and effective operation of the Digital Service Desk and Customer Support Teams, working within the ITIL Service Management Framework and adhering to good IT Asset Management practices. This will be aligned with the business and strategic objectives outlined in the NHS Golden Jubilee Digital Strategy.
You will plan, coordinate, and supervise activities within these teams and work closely with the Head of Digital Operations and other IT senior management to ensure the successful delivery of all Customer Support Services in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The services provided by this role have a direct and immediate impact on the continuity of patient care at NHS Golden Jubilee.
