A leading UK-based facilities management company is seeking an Engineering Services Manager to oversee technical operations at a prestigious commercial and multi-use facility / destination in West Central London. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Engineering Services Manager to take ownership of a high-profile site, ensuring 100% uptime and world-class service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of shift engineers across all building services disciplines.
  • Ensure all planned and reactive maintenance is completed to the highest standards.
  • Operate and troubleshoot complex systems including BMS, HVAC, UPS, CHP, and HV infrastructure.
  • Coordinate specialist contractors and project works, ensuring compliance and safety.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, reporting, and documentation.
  • Drive performance against SLAs and KPIs, ensuring seamless building operations.
Ideal Profile
  • 10+ years' experience in building services or facilities engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge across electrical and mechanical systems.
  • HV Authorised Person (desirable).
  • C&G Parts 1, 2 & 3 or equivalent, plus 18th Edition.
  • IOSH accreditation and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven leadership experience in a critical or high-profile environment.
