Responsibilities

• Own the full 360° recruitment cycle, from BD to placing top engineering talent.
• Win and manage new clients using strategic outreach and pitching.
• Source and place engineering talent across civil, mechanical, electrical disciplines.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates as a trusted advisor.
• Ensure a seamless, professional experience for both clients and candidates throughout the process.
