We are seeking a proactive, people-focused Engineering Project Manager (PSV) to work directly with clients and contractors across the UK.

About the Role

This field-based role involves traveling to client depots to ensure service quality, resolve technical issues, support projects, and build operational relationships. You will work closely with the Operations Director and Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit client workshops to assess engineering quality and promote standards
  • Build trust with engineering teams, depot managers, and stakeholders
  • Support project and campaign engineering work
  • Act as a technical escalation point, providing solutions and guidance
  • Provide feedback to contractors and clients for improvements
  • Ensure compliance with PSV standards and safety regulations
  • Represent Excel Resourcing professionally on-site
