Job Description:

How the role will make an impact:

To lead the business through an implementation of advanced product quality planning techniques into existing projects with close liaison with engineering, quality, and product management departments.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Join an evolving engineering team, reporting to the Engineering Project Management Lead, working in a dynamic, global, multi-project environment.
• Manage several active engineering projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and review project activities using process knowledge, risk management, and product understanding to ensure successful on-time delivery.
• Define technical objectives with teams from the start of projects, considering product function, cost, quality, risks, and validation plans. Liaise effectively with engineers, product managers, sales, quality, testing, international manufacturers/suppliers, and other functions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes, applying lessons learned and ensuring lean delivery.
• Adapt to fast-paced change management scenarios, custom project setups, and flexible scoping.

Key Skills:

• Degree in Engineering or similar industry experience.
• Proven experience managing engineering or product development projects on a multinational scale.
• Strong IT and presentation skills, including MS Project and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal customers, managers, and engineers.
• Understanding of mechanical product development processes.
