The Opportunity

Join our Electronics Engineering team. We are growing, dedicated, and collaborative. Your role as an Engineering Project Manager is to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards, overseeing the design, development, and production of electronic equipment.

You will be supported by Project Controllers and mentored by Engineering Project Coordinators. The role offers a development path toward Senior EPM and Delivery Lead positions.

We encourage a learning mindset and community involvement, including outreach and women-in-engineering initiatives.

Experience needed

• Background in electronics development
• Experience with Project Management best practices: Risk, Stakeholder, Compliance, Configuration, Earned Value Management
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and budget
• Experience across project phases from inception to customer delivery
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Organized with attention to detail

Desired Experience

• Experience in Defence/Aerospace or safety-regulated environments
• Degree or equivalent in Electronics or related field
