A leading mail services provider is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to oversee automation projects from design to installation at their Gloucester facility. The ideal candidate will have qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and experience in project delivery. Engineering Project Manager (Automation)
Salary: £45,944 - £49,654, plus 10% annual bonus (subject to eligibility), 25 days annual leave, bank holidays, and a company pension scheme.
Employment Type: Full time, 41 hours/week, remote options available.
Role Overview: We are seeking a hands-on, technically proficient Engineering Project Deployment Manager with a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and experience in Automation projects, including conveyor systems and robotics. This is a site-based role working closely with the Technical Project Manager to deliver automation solutions from design through installation, commissioning, and handover across Royal Mail sites.
While primarily based at the Gloucester Manufacturing Facility, the role may require travel across the UK and Northern Ireland. Occasional remote working may be possible.
