Role Summary:
Lead and coordinate all project engineering activities to ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and critical deadlines. Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement. Manage resource allocation, project prioritisation, and workload to optimise delivery and team performance. Provide technical and leadership guidance to resolve engineering challenges promptly. Ensure project designs and deliverables meet client and internal stakeholder expectations, focusing on customer satisfaction and competitive engineering solutions. Monitor progress and performance through project management tools and KPIs to maintain accountability and alignment with business goals.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred)
10+ years’ experience in project or industrial engineering environments
Chartered Engineer status preferred
Proven leadership experience managing project engineering teams in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
Strong knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols
Track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines
Proactive, results-driven, with excellent communication and transparent reporting skills
