This could be a great opportunity if you're already an Engineering Project Manager, or if you're a Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or Technical Account Manager who has been coordinating engineering projects and is ready to move into a dedicated project management role.

The Role

Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and our customers, you'll take ownership of project planning, delivery and communication across multiple aerospace programmes.

You'll manage schedules, milestones, risks and project priorities while ensuring customers and senior stakeholders have clear visibility of progress.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary
  • 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
  • Company pension and healthcare benefits
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
  • Holiday Purchase Scheme
  • Birthday Leave
  • Long service awards
  • Dress Down Fridays
  • Free onsite parking
  • Early finish Fridays
  • Career development opportunities
What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead engineering projects through NPI, industrialisation and production ramp-up.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and forecasts.
  • Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain activities.
  • Monitor project delivery against time, cost and quality commitments.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, driving actions through to resolution.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide regular project updates.
  • Produce clear project reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Capture lessons learned and support improvements across future programmes.
About You

We're looking for someone with experience delivering or coordinating projects within an engineering or manufacturing environment.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience with engineering projects, product development or New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Strong planning, scheduling and project coordination skills.
  • Experience working across multidisciplinary engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Confidence managing project risks, priorities and customer expectations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good technical understanding of manufacturing or engineering processes.

Aerospace manufacturing experience would be highly advantageous, but we're also interested in strong candidates from other technically complex engineering environments.

Why Join Beagle Aircraft?

You’ll have the opportunity to work at the centre of Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer delivery, coordinating programmes from early development through to production.

If you're technically minded, enjoy bringing teams together and want to take greater ownership of complex engineering projects, we'd love to hear from you
