c£80,000 with company car and 25% bonus.

Overview:

We’re representing an award-winning food manufacturing business that has recently secured significant CAPEX. They are seeking a Project Engineering Manager to develop and execute a 5-year project plan.

The ideal candidate will have managed large-scale CAPEX projects over £1 million, from feasibility to completion, within a food manufacturing environment. Experience outside food manufacturing is less relevant, but FMCG experience is considered beneficial.

The Opportunity:

  • Join the senior leadership team on-site, working closely with various functions.
  • Ensure stakeholder buy-in for the 5-year project pipeline and oversee projects to be completed on time and within budget.
