Job summary

Generac UK is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to own customer projects from order to delivery, coordinating design development, planning, scheduling and logistics. You will be the main customer contact and ensure work is delivered to scope and on time.

In this role you will manage design reviews, supplier and factory communications, lead meetings, and maintain comprehensive project documentation to support a smooth handover and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering/manufacturing projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Attend project handover meetings and drive post-order activities to delivery.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate all project activities from order receipt to delivery.
• Act as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage design reviews, technical approvals and factory communications.
• Coordinate factory, supplier inputs and logistics for on-time delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs and change requests.
