Job Description

As part of our continued growth strategy for our Belfast Office, we are looking for several Engineering Programme Managers/IPT's to join our engineering team supporting a major aerospace client in Belfast. These are permanent roles, with a negotiable salary based on experience and seniority. We also offer 25 days of leave, a pension plan, flexible working, and a range of additional staff benefits.

Candidates should ideally have experience working within the aerospace sector, but we will consider candidates from the wider engineering sector.

You will need to be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, capable of integrating into and leading a team. Candidates must hold a current driver's license as travel to the Client's sites in Northern Ireland may be required.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Utilizing project management tools like Microsoft Project and developing KPIs to monitor team success and progress.
  2. Building presentation packages for leadership reviews.
  3. Managing and running daily meetings to review project milestones and key features.
  4. Driving multidisciplinary teams to achieve program milestones.

Qualifications and experience required:

  1. Engineering-related qualifications plus hands-on experience in similar roles (10+ years).
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar project planning tools.
  3. Experience in the aerospace engineering environment and project management.
