The Opportunity

As part of our continued growth and our bold GEN3 and EXPO product strategies, we’re looking for a high-performing Engineering Product Manager to drive the design, development, and delivery of next-generation Zone RV products. This role reports directly to our Chief Product Officer, working in close collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Design teams.

You'll play a pivotal role in bridging product vision with engineering execution—ensuring our vehicles deliver not only exceptional performance but also embody the Zone RV Summit Experience our customers love.

Your Impact

• Own the lifecycle of new and existing products—from roadmap through to release and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Design teams to define technical and customer-driven product requirements.
• Translate customer insights and market research into actionable product strategies that deliver true value and durability.
• Deliver well-scoped technical documentation, timelines, and performance targets for each product cycle.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies while maintaining Zone’s high design and manufacturing standards.
• Drive value engineering initiatives that balance innovation, performance, cost, and time-to-market.
• Support the Chief Product Officer in achieving strategic business outcomes across brand, manufacturing, and commercial performance.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Product Design, or similar).
• 5+ years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 2 in product development or technical project leadership.
• Strong grasp of manufacturing methods, CAD tools, and end-to-end product development processes.
• Structured and strategic thinker with a hands-on, proactive approach to solving problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience working in high-performance, innovation-driven environments (automotive, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, etc.).
