Job summary

The Collective Network Limited is seeking an Engineering Planner for our FMCG manufacturing site in Spalding, to own maintenance planning, PPM scheduling and engineering compliance.

This role suits a time-served engineer who enjoys planning, organisation and problem solving, with opportunities to improve maintenance performance and site reliability.

You will plan PPMs, manage the CMMS, coordinate contractors and RAMS, monitor KPIs and ensure training compliance, working Monday to Friday days.

Qualifications

• Time-served engineer with a Level 3 Engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance planning, PPM scheduling and CMMS systems.
• Background in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong organisational, IT and data management skills.
• Excellent communication, ability to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling preventative maintenance (PPM), statutory inspections and engineering work
• Managing and developing the site's CMMS system
• Coordinating contractors, permits, RAMS and compliance activities
• Monitoring engineering KPIs and downtime trends to identify improvements
• Maintaining engineering records, audit documentation and training compliance
• Supporting the wider engineering team to improve maintenance efficiency and site performance

We're looking for an Engineering Planner to join a busy FMCG manufacturing site, taking ownership of maintenance planning, PPM scheduling and engineering compliance.
