Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate for the full duration of the placement.
• CV and Cover Letter outlining motivation and suitability.
• Studying towards an Engineering degree (Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical or Systems).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Part of the Chief Engineering team involved with product evolution of the A330/A340 Family by defining and proposing new aircraft technologies.
• Liaising across teams such as Overall Aircraft Design, Engineering, Airworthiness, Customer Services, Supply Chain.
• Support continued airworthiness and safety of the fleet.
• Understand airline operational requirements and propose design improvements.
• Help improve processes by highlighting inefficiencies.
• Develop yourself and your capabilities in a diverse multinational environment.
• Potential opportunity to travel to other Airbus sites (if available).
