We are looking for individuals who take the initiative - in their work and community - to be a part of our success story.

Overview:
This role performs routine jobs such as CAD packaging design, cutting, scoring, and folding to produce packaging for high throughput microwave performance testing.

Responsibilities:

• Efficient and high quality production of food packaging trays and containers
• Organization and maintenance of food packaging sample inventory
• Perform basic quality control checks on incoming and outgoing materials
• Aid in prototyping and production of new form factors using 2D CAD software

• Ability to perform tasks with consistent rigor and attention to detail
• Proficiency in understanding technical specifications and procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision,while also contributing observations
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize requests and effectively manage multiple daily tasks
• Adaptability- ability to rapidly master new technical skills and identify roadblocks

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline
• Recent high school/college graduates
• Experience in cellulosic materials, pulp, paper, or packaging is helpful
• Experience working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment is
