Job summary

Ethypharm is seeking an Engineering Operations Coordinator in Romford to support the engineering team, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. The role covers planning, scheduling and coordinating day-to-day operations with a strong focus on compliance.

You will be responsible for maintaining records, tracking schedules, and coordinating activities across maintenance and project needs while adhering to HSSE and GMP requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position in the UK.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grades 4-9, or equivalent.
• Experience in engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, GMP or regulated environments.
• Awareness of HSSE requirements, GMP expectations, Data Integrity, SOPs, logbooks and site compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• PPM schedule spreadsheet & timetable, ensure compliance to timetable.
• ARP planning and scheduling.
• Investigate out of specification / out of trend readings.
• Raise QAP-0048 deviations, attend IPN clinic where necessary.
• Assist to create annual PPM schedule and logbooks.
• Raise purchase orders as required.
• Organise and facilitate if required contractor attendance for breakdown and routine visits.
