The Engineering Operations Manager will partner with the engineering leadership team to optimise how our teams deliver, ensuring that resources, costs, and quality are effectively managed across projects. You will sit at the intersection of engineering, finance, HR and project management, providing visibility of capacity, spend, productivity, and quality. The role will be responsible for balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term investment in people and capabilities. They will track and report on utilisation, contractor usage, and people costs, while also helping leadership measure and improve engineering productivity and code quality. This is both a strategic and hands-on role that will directly impact how efficiently and effectively the engineering organisation operates.
