Job summary

Kingfisher is seeking an Engineering Operations Support Specialist to keep Engineering teams running smoothly. You’ll ensure data quality, maintain documentation, and drive automation to streamline processes. The role partner with engineering leaders to deliver practical solutions that support OKRs, onboarding, licensing, and vendor management.

The position can be based in Southampton or Paddington with an expectation of four days per month in the office, and a hybrid working model.

• Familiarity with data analysis and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive Data Quality & Insights by maintaining accurate engineering data and improving reporting accuracy.
• Deliver Process Automation & Continuous Improvement through AI-driven solutions.
• Partner with Engineering Stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support Operational Excellence across OKRs, onboarding, licensing, and vendor management.
• Manage Documentation & Governance with accurate playbooks and SharePoint content.
• Provide Technical & Administrative Support for troubleshooting and tool adoption.
• Enhance Employee Engagement & Recognition via Kudos and events.
• Foster Collaboration & Capability Building across Engineering Business Management.
• Develop Reporting & Analytical Capabilities using emerging tech and Power Platform.
• Coordinate Business Operations & Events to ensure smooth operation.
