The Trainer & Skills Coach will manage and develop innovative teaching and learning experiences across practical and theoretical skills within apprenticeship standards, including but not limited to Nuclear Operative & Nuclear Health Physics Monitor. The role involves supporting apprentices to succeed through guidance and encouragement, developing technical and soft skills, and contributing to curriculum development aligned with industry practices.
