Responsibilities

The Engineering Master Data Coordinator will be required to own the creation, accuracy and governance of engineering master data and associated production data in D365 Business Central Items, EBOMs, Routings and key attributes.

The responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

  • Apply correct revision, effectivity and configuration rules; manage suppression and rework item structures
  • Validate Engineering BOM Structures against Design Data Packs and align with Vault PDM lifecycles/revisions
  • Translate approved changes
  • Follow and author WI/SOPs for the single, centrally controlled [rpcess
  • Support internal and external audits ISO9001
  • Drive continuous improvement and light automation
  • Partner with other multiple departments across site and act as the first point of contact for Master Data queries

  • Right to live and work in the UK

This role will be worked over a 4.5 day week; Monday to Thursday 08:00 16:45 and Friday 08:00 12:30. Flexibility in this role is critical to the success of supporting the team.
