The site offers easy access to the city while being situated in a well-connected industrial hub. Chafford Hundred and Grays mainline stations (C2C train line) are nearest to the site besides several bus routes.

During your 12‑month placement, you will get a first‑hand experience of what a career in Engineering with P&G involves, and if it is right for you. You will be working on live business Engineering projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. Each intern receives a customised learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring, and training as they deliver their work. Responsibilities and Real Work from Day 1: You will be given specific projects and responsibilities working on real and live business challenges, just like a true P&Ger.
Continuous training & coaching: You will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day‑to‑day mentoring from your manager.
Full Time Role: Successful interns have the potential to secure a full‑time position with P&G after graduation. As a 'build from within' company, our people start at entry level and progress through the organization. When we make a job offer, it’s with the expectation that you will grow into one of our future leaders, and to help you get there, you will work closely with skilled P&G veterans for mentoring and coaching at every step.
What We Look For: University students graduating in 2029 with a placement year as part of their degree. We also welcome applications from students graduating in 2027 or 2028 and those already graduated.
Start date: The placement’s duration is from 5th July 2027 until 30th June 2028. We expect you to be available for the full duration.
Right to Work: For our placement roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your placement without requiring sponsorship from P&G. Note, this will require your right to work permission to be valid between 5th July 2027 until 30th June 2028 for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. P&G is legally required to ensure all candidates have the right to work in the UK from Day 1 of their employment. All applicants will therefore be asked to provide evidence of their right to work at the conclusion of the recruitment process as a condition of employment.
